Allen-Stevenson uses Microsoft Outlook 365 for its email system.  There are several different methods for you to stay connected.

Mail for iOS

Instructions for adding your account to your iPhone or iPad can be found below:

  1. Go into Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  2. Add Account
  3. Microsoft Exchange
  4. Enter your full email address (owinfrey@allen-stevenson.org)
  5. For Domain enter as
  6. For username, enter owinfrey (for example)
  7. Enter your email password
  8. Change the description to Allen-Stevenson
  9. Click Next, and the after it verifies
  10. In the server field, type webmail.allen-stevenson.org and click Next
  11. Hit continue
  12. Switch contacts to ON (Mail and Calendar should already be on), and set 'Mail Days to Sync' to NO Limit
  13. Click Save

Please note that the initial download of emails may take a while.

Outlook 365

Currently the 2016 version of Outlook is installed locally on your computer.  If you require an updated version of Outlook and/or Microsoft Office please email the Helpdesk.

Outlook Web Access (OWA)

To access Allen-Stevenson email from the web on any device visit: https://outlook.office.com

You can also access the Outlook Web app from the Self Service application on your computer. Once launched, click on Bookmarks from the left side menu.
